Chad Michel, a farmland specialist, and President of AgLand 360, has partnered with Tillable as a Broker. Tillable allows landowners and farmers to buy, sell, rent, finance, manage, and research farmland in an all-in-one, easy-to-use platform. The partnership further strengthens Chad’s ability to accurately value farmland and offers added professional networking throughout the country to optimize his services.
As a farmer, landowner, and business owner himself, Chad understands the intricacies of the profession by making sure our agricultural tradition continues to expand in the Midwest. His company, AgLand 360, provides outstanding customer service in farming, farm management, and land acquisitions and will continue to operate as a separate company, AgLand 360, powered by Tillable.
As a member of Tillable, Chad will have access to a marketing team which will produce high-quality listings and lead-gen sales materials. Additionally, he will have access to a comparative farm sales tool which generates reports that recommend asking price for new leads. Tillable has 300 million acres of ownership data that includes: plat maps, soil maps, crop history, and much more.
Chad has brought Brett Langen, a farmland expert, to the Tillable team. Brett obtained an Agronomy degree in 2020 from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He currently works on his family’s farm in central Illinois and carries a Real Estate Broker’s license. In addition, he is an Associate Real Estate Trainee Appraiser in Illinois, working to obtain his Certified General Appraisal license. Brett has been part of the agriculture and farming industry his entire life, bringing a great deal of experience to the clients he serves.
“I am thrilled to join Tillable as a Broker and look forward to making things easier and faster for our clients with networking that comes from Tillable’s nationwide resources. My background in farm real estate, finance, and management combined with a team that is deeply committed to protecting our farmland can tremendously help landowners and farmers thrive,” said Chad Michel, Broker at Tillable and President of AgLand 360.
“We will continue to operate as separate companies but are excited to be powered by Tillable” “We are thrilled to have professionals like Chad and Brett on our team. With this expansion, we make it easier for our clients to achieve their farmland investment goals. We look forward to the added resources and expertise that Chad and Brett bring to our company so we can continue to build a team that’s changing the industry,” stated the Tillable Team.
With a proven track record, experience, and customer attentiveness, Chad now has an even bigger advantage and maximized tools when buying, managing, or selling any farm in the Midwest.
