Reviewing Offers and Choosing a Farmer
Once the offer deadline has passed, you will have the opportunity to evaluate the offers submitted by interested farmers. In addition to the annual rent amount, all other pertinent information required to evaluate the offers will be provided. There is no obligation on to accept the highest offer unless you choose to do so, nor are you obligated to replace your current tenant.
At any time during the evaluation period, should you desire direct communications with potential tenants Tillable will assist in facilitating these interactions. Tillable plays a supporting role in your tenant decision and is available to assist you at every point in the process.
When you have made the decision as to who will operate on your land for the 2019 season you can accept the farmer’s offer and proceed to the lease review and signing process.
