  • How quickly can I get an offer or payment?

In most cases, we are able to make an offer within 3-5 business days; we aim to complete due diligence and lease signing within 7 days after offer acceptance. You can expect full payment within 7 business days after you sign your lease with us.

  • Do I have to accept an offer right away?

We typically require that offers be accepted within 7 days of the date of the offer; your offer will clearly indicate when acceptance is needed. There’s never an obligation to accept a cash rent offer from Tillable, and we’re here to work with you to make sure all your questions are answered throughout the process.

  • Do I have to switch from my current farmer?

If you lease your land to Tillable, we will invite your current farmer to participate in the offer process on the farm. All else being equal, they will have a natural advantage when it comes to keeping the farm. However, we feel it is important for the market to decide a fair rental price, and this means area farmers should have the opportunity to review and make offers on your farm.

  • How do I know you’re taking good care of my farmland?

Our commitment to landowners is that their land will be in as good or better condition at the end of the lease as it was at the beginning. Tillable adheres to a comprehensive sustainability policy that guides our expectations of the farmer who farms your land, and ensures the land is treated with respect.

  • Will I have access to my farm’s data?

Yes, we can provide you with access to your farm’s data through the Tillable platform.
