We’re making it easier and faster than ever before to take care of your farm lease—so you can get ahead of the next growing season, knowing your land will be treated with respect.
Lease your farmland fast with no worry, no hassle. Here’s how it works.
We’ll evaluate your land and make a cash rent offer based on current market data, publicly available rental figures and information you provide.
Once you accept the offer, you lease your land to Tillable for one to three growing seasons, depending on the option you choose.
We’ll pay the full lease amount immediately, before the growing season starts. In most cases, you can expect to receive your payment from Tillable within 7 days of signing the lease.
We’ll take care of the rest—including finding the right farmer to rent your land; tracking your farm’s performance data on the Tillable platform; and ensuring the land is treated with respect.

However, we feel it is important for the market to decide a fair rental price, and this means area farmers should have the opportunity to review and make offers on your farm.
Our commitment to landowners is that their land will be in as good or better condition at the end of the lease as it was at the beginning. Tillable adheres to a comprehensive sustainability policy that guides our expectations of the farmer who farms your land, and ensures the land is treated with respect.
